Description
Beef salpicao recipe is a stir-fried beef dish. This is a straightforward beef dish recipe with a delicious flavor. It’s cooked and seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, butter, and red chili flakes. Excellent main dish or meal as an appetizer.
Ingredients
500g Beef tenderloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1head Garlic (minced)
1tsp Salt
1 1/2tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2tsp Ground black pepper
4tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3tbsp Butter
2tbsp Cooking oil
1/4tsp Red chili pepper flakes (optional)
chop Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
Cut the beef tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and put it in a mixing bowl.
Peel and mince the garlic. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, salt, ground black pepper, worcestershire sauce and red chili pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly, and allow the meat to marinate for 10 minutes.
Note: The red chili pepper flakes is optional; if desired, add them.
Cooking:
In a pan, heat cooking oil over a medium-low flame. Saute the garlic, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Remove the fried garlic from the pan, then add the marinated beef and sear until the sides turn brown.
Add oyster sauce, stir, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the butter, stir, and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates completely.
Add the fried garlic and toss. Turn off the heat, and then transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot with a plate of steaming rice.
