1kg Chicken wings (cleaned)
3tbsp Rice Flour or Corn Flour
2tbsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Olive oil
1/2tbsp Salt or to your taste
1/2tbsp Garlic powder
1/2tsp Paprika powder
1/2tsp Ground black pepper

Clean and trim any excess fat from the chicken wings. Then wash and drain them.
