2 eggplant (about 400 grams)
pinch salt (for the slice eggplant)
cooking oil (to fry)
Flour mixture for breading
1/2cup flour
1/2cup cornstarch
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp paprika powder
1/2tsp ground black pepper
1/2tsp salt
Instructions
Eggplant preparation

Cut the eggplant into 2 inch lengths.
