In a saucepan over low heat, pour in ½ cup of the black tea, then add the brown sugar.
Stir to dissolve the brown sugar in the tea for a couple of minutes, until a glossy, thick sauce has formed. Then turn off the heat and let it cool down.
3 In a mixing bowl, add the egg whites and whisk them thoroughly for 3 minutes until they begin to slightly foam.
4 Once the egg whites begin to form a foamy texture, gradually pour the brown sugar syrup into the mixing bowl and continue to whisk to create a foamy, caramel Dalgona mixture. Set it aside for awhile.
5 In a serving glass, put the ice cubes. Then fill the glass by 3/4 with milk.
Then finally, top it with the creamy Dalgona mixture and serve it immediately. Share and enjoy!
