This mango sliced bread dessert is so delicious. It is packed with nutrients such as vitamins and minerals due to the main ingredient, mangoes. Mango fruit really tastes delicious, and with this we can make a delicious dessert.
Ingredients
2 Ripe Mangoes
Sliced bread (any brand)
410ml Kremdensada (brand: Angel)
370ml All-purpose cream
2tbsp Sugar
Toppings
Blended or Rubbed Mango
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, pour the chilled kremdensada. Get one mango, rub it or blend it, and add half of it to the kremdensada. Mix until everything is well combined. Set aside the other half of the rubbed or blended mango.

Take the second mango, cut it into small dice, and put it into a bowl. Add sugar and mix it well.

Dip the sliced bread into the prepared mango kremdensada mixture. Arrange coated slices of bread in a square pan. Fill with small diced mangos, then top with another layer of coated sliced bread. Add the remaining small diced mango.

In another mixing bowl, pour chilled cream and the remaining mango kremdensada mixture. Whip until the mixture is doubled in size.

Put the cream mixture on top of the prepared layer that coated the sliced bread and mango. Spread it evenly. Top it with the remaining blended or rubbed mango, which has been previously set aside.

Cover with a lid or plastic cling wrap, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
