2 eggplants or talong (cut and slice lengthwise)

Instructions
Cut the eggplant into desired sizes, and then slice it lengthwise.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder is optional.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Once the oil gets hot, pan-fry the eggplant slices until one side turns dark brown. Flip it over to cook the other side until itβs cooked.
