500g Kalabasa (squash) (cubed)
1small bunch of Sitaw, (string beans) (cut into 2 inch pieces)
1 Shrimp cube bullion
4cup Coconut milk (gata)
2cup Coconut cream
4small Long green chili
5clove Garlic (chopped)
1medium Onion (sliced)
1thumb-sized Ginger (cut into strips)
2tbsp Fish sauce
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preparation:

Clean the shrimp by removing the antennae, deveining them, and leaving the shells intact. Wash them and set them aside.
