This recipe is easily prepared at home with a hand mixer or an ordinary wire whisk. Just whisk until combined and put in the fridge to have a delicious summer treat for the entire family. Ingredients
8sachet Milo powder (33 grams each)
250ml Condensed milk
500ml All-purpose cream
1tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
2sachet Milo powder (for toppings)
Instructions
Chill the all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, and condensed milk overnight.
In a mixing bowl, pour whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, put the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract (if using).
Stir until they’re well incorporated. Go back to the whip cream and gently add it to the mixture.
Combine the mixtures by folding them with a spatula.
Note: Be careful not to over stir the mixture.
Pour the mixture into any container of your choice, preferably with a lid.
Evenly scrape the mixture and top with milo powder. Then cover the lid.
Put in the fridge overnight or freeze for 3 to 5 hours in the freezer.
To consume, take it out of the fridge and allow 3 to 5 minutes to sit.
Serve with ice cream bowls, cones, or cups.
