Ingredients
  • 2 bananas (large and ripe)
  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour or plain flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter (unsalted & melted)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Celsius.

  2. Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the bananas. Set aside.

  3. Proceed by combining all of the dry ingredients, starting with the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.
