Ingredients
2 bananas (large and ripe)
1 1/2cup cake flour or plain flour
1/2cup brown sugar
1/4cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2cup butter (unsalted & melted)
1/2tsp salt
1/4cup walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Celsius.
Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the bananas. Set aside.
Proceed by combining all of the dry ingredients, starting with the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.
Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract or essence. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients gradually. Mix everything together until it's equally distributed.
Spray or grease a cake mold with cooking oil or melted butter and spread it out. Pour the mixture into the molder.
Bake for an hour, checking after 45 minutes to avoid overcooking. Use the toothpick test.
