¼ cup cooking oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep & Sear Vegetables
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Quickly sauté bell peppers (30 sec), then set aside.
Pan-fry potatoes & carrots for 5-8 mins until lightly browned. Set aside.
2. Brown the Beef
In same pan, leave 2-3 tbsp oil.
Sauté garlic until golden, then add onions until soft.
