Ingredients
  • 1 kg Beef, sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 drop Red food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp All-purpose seasoning (any favorite brand (Optional))
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • Water
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the beef with some fat to the desired size.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, garlic powder, red food coloring and all-purpose seasoning (optional). Marinate the thinly sliced beef in it for at least 2 hours.

  3. In a pan, add the marinated beef, including the marinade sauce and enough water. Set the fire to medium heat and bring it to a boil.

  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the meat is soft and cooked through, adding additional water in 1/2-cup increments as needed.

  5. When the water has been completely absorbed and the meat is tender, add the oil and continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the meat has caramelized.

  6. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve it hot. It is best eaten with a fried egg and warm rice. Enjoy eating!
