Ingredients
1/2kg chicken feet (cleaned)
1/2cup soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tsp whole peppercorn
1/4tsp salt
1 1/2tbsp sugar
2tbsp vinegar
3dried bay leaves
5clove garlic (crushed)
1 onion (sliced)
2 red chili / kolikot (chopped)
2-3tbsp cooking oil (for sauteing)
1 1/2cup water
For boiling the chicken feet
1/2tsp whole peppercorn
2dried bay leaves
3cup water

Clean the chicken feet.

In a pot, pour water, place the chicken feet, then add 2 pieces of dried bay leaves and peppercorns.

Turn on the heat and bring it to a boil for 5β8 minutes. Remove it from the heat, then drain and set aside the boiled chicken feet.
Put-in the boiled chicken feet, add soy sauce, and water. Bring to boil.

Add the whole peppercorn, bay leaves and oyster sauce. Stir and simmer until the chicken feet become tender.
Add water as necessary.

Add vinegar, and season with salt and sugar. Taste and adjust according to your preference. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce becomes slightly thick.
