In another pan, set a fire over low-medium heat. Melt the butter, then sauté minced garlic and add ketchup. Stir to mix it. Next, add soy sauce, hot chili sauce, a pinch of pepper powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Mix until sauce becomes slightly thick.
6 Add deep fried chicken previously set aside to the sauce. Mix it well until it is coated with the sauce. Add sesame seeds and continue mixing.
