1/2kg ground pork (giniling)
2tbsp cooking oil
4clove garlic (peeled and chopped)
1medium onion (peeled and chopped)
1tsp iodized salt (divided)
1/2tsp ground black pepper (divided)
1tbsp oyster sauce
1cup tomato sauce
1cup water
1 beef or pork broth cube
2dried bay leaves
2medium potatoes (peeled and diced)
2medium carrots (peeled and diced)
2 bell pepper green and red (seeded and cubed)

Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Saute the onion and garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
