1/2kg chicken, mix cut (cut into serving pieces)
3 tomatoes, sliced
1red bell pepper, sliced
1small upo (bottle gourd), sliced
12string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
Aromatics & Seasonings:
1thumb-sized ginger, diced
2 onions, minced
5clove garlic, minced
2tbsp oyster sauce
3tbsp fish sauce (patis)
1cup water
ground black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
2tbsp cooking oil
Optional Substitutes:

Sauté the Aromatics
