Ingredients
12pc Pandan Leaves
2cup Water
1/2cup Skim Milk (dissolved)
1/4cup Slice Cheese
2cup Cake Flour
1tbsp Baking Powder
1cup Brown Sugar
1/2tbsp Vanilla Extract or Essence
2drop Green Food Coloring
pinch of Salt to taste

In a pot, boil pandan leaves with 2 cups of water for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Mix the pandan water to the dissolved skim milk.

Combine cake flour, baking powder, sugar and salt then add pandan and skim milk liquid mixture, vanilla extract or essence and green food color. Mix well until well blended.

Scoop mixture into cupcake liners about 2/3βs full. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
Use low steam if you donβt want it to break on top. Cover with cloth so the steam will not drop on the puto cake.
