1kg (Baboy) Pork belly (cubed)
1/2cup Soy sauce
1/3cup white Vinegar (add more if desired)
1 Onion (chopped)
5clove Garlic (minced)
2tsp Atsuete powder (add more if desired)
1cup Water
3dried Bay leaves
2tsp Peppercorn
1tbsp brown Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
