1/2kg tahong (mussels) (cleaned and boiled)
1cup butter
1head garlic (minced)
1cup quick melt cheese (grated)
chopped parsley

Clean the tahong or mussels, then put them in a casserole, add water, and bring to a boil until the shell opens.
