1kg Pork (small cubes pieces)
1/2kg Pork liver (small cubes pieces)
3 regular size Chicken hot dog (sliced)
4clove Garlic (minced)
1medium sized Onion (minced)
2medium sized Potato (small cubed)
1 Carrot (small cubed)
1/2cup Soy sauce
2tbsp Lemon or calamansi juice
3/4cup Tomato sauce
1cup Water (add more as needed)
3dried Bay leaves
1tsp Sugar
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2-3tbsp Cooking oil

Preparation:

Prepare the pork and slice it into cube pieces.

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon or calamansi juice and ground black pepper, then add the pork pieces and marinate them for an hour. (Chilled them – optional)

Prepare all the spices and vegetables needed for the recipe.
Cooking:

On a pan or skillet, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add the garlic and saute for a few seconds, then add the onion and saute until soft.
