Ingredients
  • 100 g pancit bihon
  • 150 g shrimps (cleaned)
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil (divided)
  • 3 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce (adjust accordingly)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1-2 stalk green onions (chopped)
  • pinch salt (to taste)
  • pinch ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
    Preparation:
  1. Clean the shrimp, remove the skin, and devein. Set aside.

  2. Put the bihon in a bowl. Pour in hot water and soak the bihon. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, peel, chop, and cut the spices needed for the recipe.

  4. 5 minutes later, drain the water from the pancit bihon. Set aside the bihon noodles.

  5. Cooking:
  6. In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium-low heat. Add the shrimp and season it with salt to taste.

  7. Cook it until it changes color to a light orange. Then remove it from the pan and set it aside for a while.

  8. In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the onion and saute until soft.

  9. Add the bihon noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix until everything is well combined.

  10. Season it with salt and ground black pepper. Mix well, add the chopped green onion leaves, and combine.

  11. Add the cooked shrimp, and then mix altogether. Continue cooking over low heat.

  12. Taste it and adjust as necessary. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
