The first thing you need to do is simply fry the fish. Next is to prepare the sauce and add the fried fish, toss with the steak sauce, and serve hot. Share and enjoy the food.
Ingredients
1/2kg galunggong fish (cleaned)
1 onion (chopped)
1large onion (for onion rings)
3clove garlic (chopped)
salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4cup water (or as needed)
Sauce:
1/4cup soy sauce
2tbsp calamansi juice
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tbsp sugar
1tsp onion powder
black pepper (to taste)

Clean the fish galunggong, remove the innards, wash and drain water. Season them with a pinch of salt and rub them on the fish. Let them sit.

Prepare the spices needed, like garlic, onions, and tomatoes.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar. Set aside.

Heat enough cooking oil in the frying pan. Fry the fish until golden brown.
