Main Protein:
½kg large shrimp (with heads on for more flavor)
Sauce Ingredients:
½cup butter
8cloves garlic, minced
1red onion, minced
1tbsp tomato paste
1tbsp sugar
2tbsp oyster sauce
1cup sprite (7-Up works too)
Instructions
Prep & Marinate

Rinse shrimp, trim antennae, and devein (leave shells on for flavor).

Marinate in Sprite for 1 hour (tenderizes and adds sweetness). Reserve the marinade liquid.
Cook the Sauce

Melt butter in a wide pan over medium heat.
