4large Squid or pusit (cleaned and sliced)
2tbsp Soy sauce
4tbsp White vinegar
1tsp Salt (add more as necessary)
4clove Garlic (chopped)
1medium Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 Red bell pepper (roughly chopped)
2dried Bay leaves
1/2tsp Sugar
3tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
Preparation:
Clean the squid, remove the innards, and slice the squid into pieces.
