Ingredients
250g pork (ground)
100g shrimps (finely sliced)
2 heads onion (minced)
1/2cup singkamas (minced)
5clove garlic (minced)
2 eggs
1stalk onion leaves (finely chopped)
1/4tsp pepper powder
1tbsp fish sauce
salt & sugar (to taste)
25-30 lumpia wrapper or spring roll wrapper
enough cooking oil for frying

Prepare the shrimp, wash and clean. Remove the skin and finely slice.

In a mixing bowl. Put ground pork, sliced shrimp, finely chopped onion leaves, pepper powder, fish sauce, minced onion, singkamas, and garlic. Mix it well.

Add 2 fresh eggs. Season it with sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything together until combined.
