It's quick and easy to make, and it is deep fried until crisp outside and meaty juicy inside. These tasty, crispy, bite-size lumpia are ideal for any occasion.

  1. Prepare the shrimp, wash and clean. Remove the skin and finely slice.

  2. In a mixing bowl. Put ground pork, sliced shrimp, finely chopped onion leaves, pepper powder, fish sauce, minced onion, singkamas, and garlic. Mix it well.

  3. Add 2 fresh eggs. Season it with sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything together until combined.

  4. Prepare the lumpia wrapper on a flat surface. Put a scoop of a tablespoon of lumpia mixture. Roll and seal both sides with water.
