4 boneless pork chops (approx. 500g, about 1/2 inch thick)
1can Cream of Mushroom (290g)
1can Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Onion (chopped)
4clove Garlic (minced)
3/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Black Pepper
1/2tsp Paprika powder
1/2tsp Sugar
2tbsp Butter (unsalted)
2tbsp Cooking oil
1tbsp chopped Parsley for garnish (optional)
1/2cup Water

Gather all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Peel, chop, and mince the spices. Then slice the mushroom.

Season the pork chops with a pinch each of salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Rub it into the meat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Warm the pan over medium-high heat; if using a nonstick pan, heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
