Ingredients
1/2kg Chicken Breast (boneless)
250g Fettuccine Pasta
2clove Garlic (minced)
1 1/2cup Heavy Cream
6tbsp unsalted Butter (divided)
3/4tsp Salt (divided)
1/2tsp ground Black Pepper (divided)
2tbsp Olive oil
1cup Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
chopped fresh Parsley leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Then drain the water and set it aside.

With paper towels, pat the chicken breasts dry on all sides. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste. Let it stay for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil over medium-high in a large frying pan. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted.

Add the chicken to the hot pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip to fry the other side.

Take the chicken out of the pan. Slice into serving pieces. Set aside.

In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and saute the minced garlic. Pour heavy cream, Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
