Description

Ingredients
  • 12 Okra (Lady Finger) (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (minced)
  • 4 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 fresh Egg
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Cooking Oil (to fry)
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the okra (lady finger) and put it in a bowl.

  2. Add minced onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and liquid seasoning and mix it well.

  3. Crack two eggs and mix well to combine. Add all-purpose flour and continue mixing.

  4. In a pan, preheat enough cooking oil. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture, place it in the pan and flatten it. Fry it for a few minutes a side or until it turns golden brown.

  5. When it is cooked, use a strainer or table napkin to absorb excess oil, then serve.
