52g Coffee 3 in 1 twin pack (Kopiko Blanca or any favorite brand)
3cup Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
3/4cup Vegetable Oil
1cup Brown Sugar
1tsp Salt
1/2cup Water
2 Eggs
2tsp Vinegar
1/4cup Crushed Peanut
Instructions

In a bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder to uniform the texture and remove dirt.

Add twin pack 3 in 1 coffee then mix well to incorporate. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, pour vegetable oil, brown sugar, salt, and water. Mix well until the sugar and salt dissolve.

Add the eggs, then mix, and then add the vinegar and continue to mix.

Pour half of the coffee flour mixture previously set aside. Whisk to make a cake batter. Add the remaining coffee flour mixture. Mix well.

Add the crushed peanuts and mix to combine.
