  1. In a bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder to uniform the texture and remove dirt.

  2. Add twin pack 3 in 1 coffee then mix well to incorporate. Set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, pour vegetable oil, brown sugar, salt, and water. Mix well until the sugar and salt dissolve.

  4. Add the eggs, then mix, and then add the vinegar and continue to mix.

  5. Pour half of the coffee flour mixture previously set aside. Whisk to make a cake batter. Add the remaining coffee flour mixture. Mix well.

  6. Add the crushed peanuts and mix to combine.

  7. Grease molders with butter or margarine. Pour the coffee batter mixture into the molders. Garnishing with peanuts is optional.

  8. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30–40 minutes at 190°.
