Sliced pork, aromatic garlic, and onion are cooked on low heat in a sweet and salty combination of brown sugar, sliced pineapple cubes, and soy sauce until the meat is soft. Ingredients
1/2kg Pork (sliced into cubes)
1cup Pineapple (cubes)
3tbsp Soy sauce
1 Onion (chopped)
4clove Garlic (minced)
2tbsp Cooking oil
1 Broth cubes (Pork or beef flavor)
1/4cup Granulated white sugar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper powder (to taste)
Instructions
Heat the frying oil in a pan and sautรฉ the minced onion and garlic before adding the sliced pork cubes. Continue to fry, flipping and stirring regularly, until light brown.
Add soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Cook it for a few minutes, then add water and broth cubes.
Simmer for 30 minutes or more until the meat is tender.
Add pineapple cubes, salt and pepper powder. Adjust the taste according to your desired taste. Mix well.
