Description

This recipe is one of the easier versions of the pork hamonado. You just need a few ingredients to make this delicious dish. Sliced pork, aromatic garlic, and onion are cooked on low heat in a sweet and salty combination of brown sugar, sliced pineapple cubes, and soy sauce until the meat is soft. With this recipe, a family will surely enjoy meals or gatherings during special holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Pork (sliced into cubes)
  • 1 cup Pineapple (cubes)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 4 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Broth cubes (Pork or beef flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated white sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper powder (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Heat the frying oil in a pan and sautรฉ the minced onion and garlic before adding the sliced pork cubes. Continue to fry, flipping and stirring regularly, until light brown.

  2. Add soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Cook it for a few minutes, then add water and broth cubes.

  3. Simmer for 30 minutes or more until the meat is tender.

  4. Add pineapple cubes, salt and pepper powder. Adjust the taste according to your desired taste. Mix well.

  5. Serve and enjoy eating.
