155g tuna flakes in oil (oil drained)
1tbsp lemon juice
1 onion (minced)
1/2cup cucumber (minced)
1 egg (hard boiled, chopped coarsely or mashed)
1/2cup mayonnaise
200g lettuce
1pinch salt (to taste)
