Ingredients
1/4kg okra/lady's finger (sliced)
1/2kg chicken breast (cut into bite-sized)
4tbsp cooking oil (for sauteing, divided)
5clove garlic (minced)
1red onion (minced)
1 red bell pepper (strips)
1 1/2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp toasted garlic (optional)
water (as needed)
salt to taste
Marinade sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/4tsp sugar
1/4tsp ground black pepper
Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

For the marinade sauce, prepare a mixing bowl. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken meat to the marinade sauce and mix well. Marinate it for at least 10 minutes.

In a pan, heat cooking oil over low to medium heat. Pan-fry the sliced okra (lady’s finger) for a few minutes, then set aside.

In the same pan, add and heat cooking oil for sauteing. Add the minced garlic and saute until aromatic. Next, add the minced onion and saute until translucent.

Add the marinated chicken meat and saute until it changes color.

Add the cooking wine and keep cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
Note: Add water as necessary.

Add the red bell pepper strips and stir. Add the pan-fried sliced okra, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix.
Don’t overcook the okra, cook it for a minute.

Optionally add toasted garlic mix and it’s all done.
