Ingredients
Noodles & Protein:
500g fresh miki noodles
250g pork belly, thinly sliced
10-15 squid balls (fried)
Vegetables:
1red bell pepper, strips
100g Baguio beans, sliced
2medium carrots, julienned
cabbage, sliced, quarter
5cloves garlic, minced
1medium onion, sliced
Sauce & Seasonings:
2 ½tbsp soy sauce
3tbsp oyster sauce
ground black pepper to taste
3cups water (adjust as needed)
1broth cube (pork,beef or chicken)
2tbsp cooking oil

Prep Ingredients

Rinse and slice pork belly into thin pieces.

Mince garlic, slice onions, and cut all vegetables (bell pepper, Baguio beans, carrots, cabbage).

In a wide pan, add pork belly and cook over medium heat until fat renders and meat turns golden (5–7 mins).
Sauté Aromatics

Push pork to one side. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (~30 secs).
