Prep Ingredients

  1. Rinse and slice pork belly into thin pieces.
  2. Mince garlic, slice onions, and cut all vegetables (bell pepper, Baguio beans, carrots, cabbage).

Render Pork Fat

  1. In a wide pan, add pork belly and cook over medium heat until fat renders and meat turns golden (5–7 mins).

Sauté Aromatics

  1. Push pork to one side. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (~30 secs).
