Instructions
Prep Ingredients
- Rinse and slice pork belly into thin pieces.
- Mince garlic, slice onions, and cut all vegetables (bell pepper, Baguio beans, carrots, cabbage).
Render Pork Fat
In a wide pan, add pork belly and cook over medium heat until fat renders and meat turns golden (5–7 mins).
Sauté Aromatics
- Push pork to one side. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (~30 secs).
