For this tinolang isda recipe, we used yellow-fin tuna. A delicious Filipino comfort dish. Aside from tuna, chicken and other fish varieties can also be used. 5medium yellow fin tuna steaks
2tbsp cooking oil
2tbsp fish sauce
1medium red onion (sliced)
1 thumb size ginger (peeled, cut into strips)
2medium tomato (quartered)
5 long green chili
1stalk onion leave or scallions
