Ingredients
Instructions
Prepare the tuna meat by washing it and placing it in a container with a small amount of salt and rub.
In a medium-sized pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
Sauté the ginger and onion until they are soft and fragrant. Bring the water to a boil, then add the lemongrass, long green chili, and tomato.
Once the water reaches the boiling point, add the tuna steak (yellow fin) into the boiling water in the cooking pot.
Season with fish sauce or "patis" and salt to taste. Seasoning granules are optional. Then cook for several minutes until the fish is just opaque.
Then add the onion leaves, or scallions, and keep cooking for about 2 minutes.
Taste it and adjust the flavor according to your preference.
All done! Serve while hot with warm rice. Happy Eating!. Share and Enjoy!
