Prep work:
Boneless pork chops; slice them into thin, small pieces or strips.
Cut the string beans into 2 inches long, peeled, and chop the onion.
Cooking:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Gently add the pork and allow the meat to sit for 3 minutes without stirring.
Stir-fry the meat, add the onion, and add the red chili pepper if desired.
Allow to cook for 4 minutes, or until the pork is cooked and turns a light brown color.
Note: Stir as required during the cooking process to evenly cook.Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir. Add the string beans and mix until covered with the sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked and crisp to consume.
Taste it and adjust as necessary. Serve with a bowl of warm rice. Enjoy!
