Ingredients
1kg Beef (sliced in 1/4 inch sized)
100g Pork fat (thinly sliced)
4 Onions (sliced quarterly)
4 Ripe Tomatoes (chopped quarterly)
5 Potatoes (cubed)
3 Bay leaves (dried)
1/4tsp Pepper powder
1/2cup Vinegar
1tbsp Soy sauce
1/2cup Cooking oil
Instructions

Prepare the beef meat and slice it into ΒΌ inch thick slices and thinly slice the pork fat.

In a pan, heat the cooking oil and fry the sliced potatoes. Set aside.

In the same pan, fry the meat until it turns golden brown. Remove from the heat.Transfer it to a cooking pot.

Add the chopped tomato, sliced onion, soy sauce, bay leaves, and pepper powder.

Pour 1 cup of warm water into a cooking pot over the meat. Bring it to a boil over low to medium heat until the meat is tender.

Add the pan-fried potato that was previously set aside.Taste and adjust accordingly.
