The chicken wings are cleaned and seasoned before being cooked in an air fryer until golden and crispy. Then toss with the prepared spicy garlic parmesan sauce. The dish is perfect to serve to the entire family; surely they will enjoy it.

  1. Clean the chicken wings, remove the tips, and split them. Wash and pat the wings dry with a paper towel, and put them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add a tablespoon of oil to the chicken and massage it all over.

  3. Season the wings with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika powder. Mix, then add the cornstarch and baking powder. Hand-mix until well combined. Allow the seasoning to sit on the chicken for at least 10 minutes.

  4. Spray or grease a bit of oil in an air fryer tray. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer.

  5. Set the temperature of an air fryer to 395 degrees, then cook the wings for 25 minutes or more until crispy. Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and put them in a bowl.

    Note: Flip over the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
  6. In a pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and saute until aromatic, then add the garlic powder and dried pepper flakes and saute for a minute.

  7. In a bowl with the chicken, pour in the butter mixture, then add the parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss them all until well combined.

  8. Garnish it with extra grated parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.
