Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a roasting pan.
Thoroughly wash and clean the meat. Using paper towels blot the excess liquid. Rub the beef meat thoroughly with soy sauce, salt, onion powder and pepper powder. Make deep slits at regular intervals and insert garlic slivers into it.
Place meat fat side up on roasting rack if using rump roast or using without the rack, and bone side down if cooking a rib roast.
Cook the roast until an internal temperature probe placed into the thickest portion of the roast reads 140°F for rare, 150°F to 160°F for medium rare, and 170°F for well done.
Roast it for approximately 25 to 30 minutes for every pound of meat for a roast to be cooked to medium.
Let the roast rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy eating.
