Boiled the egg, then cooled down, peeled and chopped coarsely, or mashed.
In a mixing bowl, combine canned tuna, lemon juice, onion minced, cucumber minced, boiled egg, (chopped coarsely or mashed), mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, and then mix thoroughly.
Divide the spread mixture evenly between two slices of bread; top with the remaining slices of bread.
Make it extra rich by adding in some cheddar cheese, if desired.Note: This recipe can only make 3 to 4 yields; it depends on the amount of spread you put on every pair of slices of bread.Serve with your favorite refreshing drink.
