Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Place the metallic mixing bowl over boiling water and add 1 tablespoon of butter to melt.
Add the chocolate chips and let them melt over boiling water. When completely melted, stir in the condensed milk and remove from heat.
Dip each Oreo in the melted chocolate and dredge them one by one into the cornflakes or crushed almond nuts. Then arrange them on the parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve with your favorite refreshing cooled drink. Share and enjoy it.
