  1. Clean the chicken wings, remove the tips, and split them. Wash and pat the wings dry with a paper towel.

  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Season the wings with salt and ground black pepper, then add flour and baking powder and toss them until combined.

  4. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the baking pan lined with foil and place parchment paper.

  5. Bake the wings for 15 minutes in a preheated oven, flip them over, and bake for another 15 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients. Butter, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper, hot sauce, and parsley in a mixing bowl.

  7. Bush half of the sauce on the baked chicken wings on both sides.

  8. Increase the heat of the oven to 450°F. Bake the wings again for 8 or more minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and are golden and crispy.

  9. Take the wings out of the oven and toss them with the remaining sauce.
