5 fish galunggong (cleaned)
1/2tsp salt (to taste)
cooking oil (for frying)
Sauce Ingredients
3-4tbsp cooking oil (for sauting)
2 thumb sized ginger (cut into strips)
5clove garlic (minced)
1 red onion (sliced)
1 tomato (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
1/4cup vinegar
1/4cup white sugar
1cup tomato sauce
1/2cup water
salt (to taste)
Instructions
Clean and wash the fish, then drain and place it in a container with salt to taste.
Prepare all of the ingredients, including peeling and slicing the vegetables.
In a pan, heat the cooking oil, then gently add the fish to fry. When it is cooked, take it out of the pan, drain excess oil, and set it aside.
