Ingredients
Instructions
In a deep cooking pot, pour in water. Turn on the heat and bring the liquid to a boil.
Meanwhile, wash the rice and drain the water, then add the rice to the pot. Stir until it is well distributed, and let the water re-boil.
Note: If glutinous rice is not available, you can substitute it with white long grain rice.Reduce the heat to medium-low, and then stir almost constantly to avoid sticking until the rice begins to expand.
Once the rice is about to cook and begin to soften, add the tablea and keep cooking. Regular stirring is necessary until the chocolate tablet "tablea" has melted.
Cook the rice a little longer until it becomes translucent and soft and the liquid is reduced to the right consistency. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Turn off the heat, transfer the champorado onto individual serving bowls, and drizzle with evaporated milk and condensed milk to taste.
Serve hot, and Enjoy!
