Sardines Noodles Mini Torta is the name I give this dish. This recipe was created from scratch. Way back during the lockdown due to COVID. Sardines and noodles are one of the most relief foods we received. Instead of eating them separately, I decided to combine them to make a twist to have a unique flavor.
Canned sardines can be eaten right out of the can, or cooked with onions, garlic, or peppers, or added condiments to make them more delicious.

Sardines Noodles Mini Torta – Easy Recipe
Description
In this recipe, we combine sardines and noodles to become a delicious mini torta. Added with some ingredients and spices, we can now have a unique taste combination of two essential foods.

Pour the canned sardines into a bowl. Set aside half of the sauce for dipping sauce. Mash the sardines.
Grind the noodles using a food processor. Add it to the mashed sardines.
Add flour, ground black pepper, salt, and finely cut spring onion. Mix well to combine. Add a small amount of water if necessary.
Scoop a tablespoon, make a ball and flatten it to form a torta. Repeat the process until all the mixture is consumed.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the torta mixture until it turns golden brown.
Remove from the pan, use a strainer or table napkin to drain excess oil.
Serve with the sardine sauce we set aside.
