This pancit canton is made special. From plain pancit canton, we will make it more delicious and nutritious. Let's add to our pancit canton the chicken sliced hotdog, which is a good source of protein, and vegetables such as sliced carrot and shredded cabbage that can provide us with nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, magnesium, manganese, and many more. And don't forget the spices like minced onion, garlic, pepper powder, and oyster sauce to make our special pancit canton tastier. You will definitely enjoy this dish because of its unique and delicious taste.

Instructions
In pot boil water and cook pancit canton according to the packaging instructions. Keep the special seasoning for later use. Drain the pancit canton and set aside.
In pan, preheat cooking oil, pan fry sliced chicken hotdog next sauté the minced garlic and onion.
Add sliced carrot and water as needed. Season with the pancit canton special seasoning then mix well.
Add shredded cabbage then cover and cook it for 3 minutes. After that, add the cooked pancit canton noodles that had been placed aside before. Mix well.
Add oyster sauce or hot chili and season with salt and pepper powder. Stir to mix.
Move to serving plate. Garnish it with toasted garlic and finely chopped spring onion. Serve and enjoy eating!
