  1. Slice the first mango, cut it into small dice and put it in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, rub the mango with a spoon. Beat well using an electric mixer or mix it manually using a stainless steel wire whisk.

  3. Add chilled creamer to the beaten mango, and then beat well until well blended.

  4. Add the small diced mango previously set aside, and then mix.

  5. Pour the mango mixture into a container. Cover with a lid or plastic cling wrap.

  6. Freeze it at least 6 hours or overnight for better results.
