Preparation:
Cut the meatloaf and slice into pieces. Set aside.
Prepare the spices: peel off the skin of the garlic and onion, then chop them.
Cooking:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then add the garlic; saute until aromatic; then add the minced onion; saute.
Add the meatloaf slices and saute them together until the color changes and the fat renders.
